Tech: Ok, do you know where the router is in your house? It's most likely near your main computer.
Client: I'm a computer engineer, I know what a god damned router is!
(after a couple minutes of silence)
Client: Yeah it says system status ok, so this is a problem on your network.
Tech: Thats the battery unit for your cable system sir.
