Tech: Strange... It could be a faulty device.
Client: I JUST DON'T UNDERSTAND IT!! I spend all this money on a wireless computer and all this money on this dang flash drive and it won't even work!
Tech: ...
Client: It sitting right next to it too... Not even far away.. Damn wireless computer won't even work.
Tech: You didn't plug it in?
Client: I didn't buy a wireless computer to plug things in.
Tech: Only the internet is wireless, you need to plug in devices still.
Client: What?!?!
Tech: ...
Client: It worked

This is invariably what happens when people buy laptops at (insert your favorite big box store here) that really shouldn't be allowed to touch a computer.
